"Today Aug 1st was their 1st day and my eldest who is very hard to please has said its been great fun. She made several friends and enjoyed every minute she said.
Now Charlie is the one i was concerned about as he has an eating disorder. All day I've been worrying if hes ok. A lady called Dominique spoken with me when i dropped both children and i explained charlies issues and his sugars need to stay high due to his lack of foods he eats.
It was all taken on board and he eaten every single bit of lunch and snacks i sent all because of this fabulous lady called Dominique who made him feel comfortable around his lunch and made sure he was well looked after and how on earth she got him to eat all what he did i just don't know!! Absolutely fantastic im so pleased.. Really am so pleased shes a lovely lady with a great passion for the children as i could see. I also explained that when collecting the children i would have my disabled son with me who's severely autistic and struggles with crowds and waiting.. again nothing was a problem she even offered to bring the children to the car if needed but my son coped ok so was all good.
So just an email to thank you and your amazing staff for giving my 2 younger children a fab 1st day!."
